Perhaps someone knew this project can't handle a Sprint and omitted it. Guess XS/TSBT/SUSA/UKBT will have to try next Sprint to coordinate their votes to pick a project.

Since the project's servers suck so bad someone has downloaded as many tasks as possible so when their teams vote for it this round they'll have all the tasks needed.

As someone else mentioned, longer run times on the WU's would result in a lot less requests on the HTTP server that'll help alleviate the slow connection. Of course a faster connection (upload mostly) would also help a lot.
