The main difficulties by Progger.

For sure it will be a huge boost.
Nut also a huge bad advertising all around BOINC community.
I suggest to check again the work load after one week after end of sprint.

I already have see that the server who handle the WU can manage the overload.
All WU, after returning are very very fast handled and validated.
Very few are in queue (for so far the server stats are correct)

The biggest problem is the connection speed : Time out and/or bad gateway !

Thanks to Progger and Natalia for a great effort to keep the server going during the FB sprint!

Your server was understandably swamped by the massive load thrown at it with no notice but managed to keep going enough to enable a successful (if not ideal) sprint to complete.

Hopefully your team took the time during this Sprint to learn a few things especially in the optimizations side of things. As someone else mentioned, longer run times on the WU's would result in a lot less requests on the HTTP server that'll help alleviate the slow connection. Of course a faster connection (upload mostly) would also help a lot.

I will answer again the question: "Why are there two projects with one task?"

We with Progger know well that the project server is weak. This is the personal Progger server.
Therefore, we sought support from the very beginning.
We contacted for help at the Moscow Computing Center. We were refused.
Then I turned to my colleague Stefano Tognon (ice00) for help.
He kindly agreed to launch a branch of the ODLK project on personal server.
This is how the ODLK1 project came about.
This project is included in the white list of the Gridcoin system.
The Gridcoin team works great in the project.

Я думаю, что один из проектов (ODLK или ODLK1) сейчас в Спринте, но многие до сих пор путают эти проекты и идут считать не в тот проект :)
А может быть, и ни один проект не в Спринте, просто такое совпадение - одновременное повышение активности в обоих проектах.

В проекте ODLK1 ещё и задания заканчиваются. Как бы Progger не проспал :)

А сайт Formula Boinc у меня по-прежнему не открывается.

Maybe without an "official" Sprint, some crunchers are guessing at which project might be chosen and switching over to anyone of a number of projects that haven't been chosen so far this year.

We can not know if ODLK is chosen, because Formula Boinc/Sprint site is stil out 'saturday 31/08/19 07:20 UTC).
Normally Formula Boinc send a warning to project chief, a few days before the start. So, project can prepare more work.

De ce que j'ai vu sur le forum de ODLK, la scientifique a publié qu'elle allait fournir plus de WU pour le Sprint.
Ce qui a été fait. Tous nous savons que ODLK a des tres petits serveurs, incapable de gerer un Sprint.
Elle ne publie jamais rien en général. Mais ce 30/08/19, elle a publié, explicant qu'elle ne comprend pas le souci FB.
Donc indirectement, on peut conclure que le Sprint est sur ODLK.

Как и все, я хотела узнать, какой проект выбран для очередного Спринта, но не смогла попасть на сайт FB.

Далее, я увидела некоторое повышение активности в наших проектах ODLK и ODLK1.
Но это может быть совсем не связано со Спринтом, в который наши проекты не выбраны.

Я не готовлю никогда WU в проектах ODLK и ODLK1. Это делает администратор Progger.
