It seems that you may of been hit by a heap of spam accounts, at least 60 of them so far going on the account names and joining times.

After the first 40 they start getting a few suspicious names then after 60 nearly all appear suspicious.

At the moment for all jobs is not enough. Some of this users might be real. When I solve problem of available tasks, I remove unactive users.
